Independent Employment

Independent Employment (I.E.) is employment positions found by the members on their own. These can range from part-time to full-time positions and last as long as the member desires to work. The member finds, applies, and interviews with the employer all by themselves. Wasatch House is still there for the support of the member, but does not usually have a relationship with the employer. This is the third, and final level of employment for Wasatch House members that offers the most responsibility and independence for the members.
